Device manager error: code 19

Device manager shows the following error

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. To solve this problem, you can first try to run the troubleshooting wizard. If it does not work, you should uninstall and reinstall the hardware device. (19)Code"

Please follow the steps below to uninstall/reinstall the device driver:

A) Uninstall the driver

1. Open device manager

2. Right click on the device name and select "Uninstall"

B) Download the device driver

1. Navigate to the download page:

1. In the top menu of the Device Manager window, select "Action" and then "Scan for hardware changes"
